The Stad Amsterdam is a contemporary version of
the revolutionary 19th Century clipper ships, built for speed in
carrying cargoes across the oceans. The ship represents a
partnership between the City of Amsterdam and the private company
Randstad who had the idea to build a modern clipper based on the
lines of the famous clippers of Dutch and international history.
This fantastic ship provides the ultimate combination of tall
ship sailing and business venues with a great mix of comfort and
adventure. Suitable for up to 60 people for dinner, up to 300 for
a cocktail reception and 40 for meetings and seminars, the Stad
Amsterdam is a truly impressive ship.
